POLICY

Check in time 14:00 hrs (or 2 p.m.)
In order to guarantee that your room is ready upon arrival for early check-ins between 8.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. a supplementary charge of THB 2,000 net will apply.
Check out time 12:00 hrs (or 12 p.m.)
For late check-outs between midday and 6.00 p.m. a supplementary charge of THB 2,000 net will apply and from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. a charge of THB 3,000 net will apply.

Child policy
- Child aged 0-5 years: Free. Sharing parent or guardian’s room when using existing bed or complimentary baby cot. Breakfast is complimentary only when the booked rate of that reservation includes daily breakfast. However, no breakfast will be included if the booked rate of that reservation is room only and does not have breakfast included.
- Child aged 6-11 years: Free. Sharing parent or guardian’s room with one complimentary extra bed. 50% discount on the adult price of breakfast.
- Child aged 12 years and above: Baht 1,500 net/person/night, sharing parent or guardian’s room with one extra bed and daily breakfast.

Payment:
- Payment for all room charges and other billings is to be settled in Thai currency only. The exchange rate will be based on the local bank rate on the check-in date.
- All rates are subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax.

Breakfast Condition:
The below condition is applicable and eligible ONLY to the room rate or the promotion that has the breakfast as one of included benefits. The below condition of the number of breakfast IS NOT applicable and eligible to ALL rates and promotions that DO NOT HAVE breakfast included as a benefit.
