- Reservations are subject to space availability

- Full non-refundable prepayment of the whole period is required when the booking is confirmed Cancellation is not allowed but the reservation is allowed to be amended with the same amount of room night stay. There is no penalty fee for the amendment. If the new period is shorter, there is no reimbursement of the unused nights while the additional nights will be immediately charged. The amended reservation rate will be confirmed with the current Best Available rate of the new stay period, which the rate might not be the same rate as the rate of the confirmed booking.

- Rates are based on single/double occupancy, subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
